These are all aluminum (NO Epoxy) that are Precision Built by the "Premiere" Race Car Radiator Fabricator.  They are a direct replacement and need no alterations to make them fit right every time. Aluminum cools far better than Copper and will give many years of excellent service . Our radiators have 18 fins per inch and are multi-louvered for unequaled cooling.  The core is Furnace Brazed and the tanks are TIG welded for maximum strength. All fittings and outlets are 6061-T6 High strength aluminum and the unfinished unit is presure tested to 32PSI.

WE CAN BUILD ANY RADIATOR FROM ALUMINUM IF WE HAVE THE OLD ONE OR A GOOD DIMENSIONAL DRAWING!

This is the advise from Radiators.com website:
"Aluminum: check for epoxy joints and corrosion. If you're looking at a used aluminum radiator, check the connectionsbetween the tank and the cores. If they are Epoxy, check them carefully for signs of degradation. Many Epoxy joints will only last 4 or 5 years" (our emphasis, not theirs)

We do not use Epoxy in our Radiators- all the cores are FURNACE-BRAZED to the tanks.
